These Shopping Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from Veliory.com. By submitting an order, you offer to buy the selected items under these terms and the policies linked on the store.

Product information

We aim to present descriptions, dimensions, materials, and images accurately. Screens and lighting can affect perceived color, and handcrafted or decorative pieces may have minor variations. We may correct errors or update information without notice.

Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Shipping, tax, duty, and other applicable charges are displayed or determined as described at checkout and in our policies. Payment is due when the order is submitted and may be subject to authorization and fraud review.

Order acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment because of stock issues, pricing errors, payment failure, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, quantity limits, or legal requirements. If a canceled order was charged, an appropriate refund will be initiated.

Delivery, title, and risk

Returns and refunds

Disputes may be brought before a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
