Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We want every Veliory order to arrive as expected. This policy applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights available in your location.

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with its original components and protective packaging. Email service@velunovia.com before sending anything. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Starting a return

Include the order number, the item involved, the reason for the request, and clear photographs when the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, we will provide return instructions by email. No public return address is listed because the correct return destination depends on the item and fulfillment route.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after delivery. After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another remedy appropriate to the issue. Do not discard the item or packaging until the review is complete.

Non-returnable items

Customized items, gift cards, items damaged through misuse, and items returned incomplete or materially altered are not eligible unless required by law or confirmed defective on arrival.

Return shipping

For an approved return based on preference or an ordering mistake, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Veliory covers reasonable return shipping for a verified defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection and processing, followed by any additional time required by the payment provider.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests should be emailed immediately. We will try to cancel an order that has not entered fulfillment, but cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipment has started.
