Payment & Security

Veliory uses Shopify's commerce platform and established payment providers to process checkout securely. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by country, device, or order.

Payment authorization

By submitting an order, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the order total, including applicable shipping and taxes. A temporary authorization may appear before the charge is finalized. Orders may be reviewed, delayed, or canceled if payment cannot be verified or appears unauthorized.

Card and account security

Payment credentials are transmitted through encrypted checkout technology. Veliory does not receive or store complete card numbers. Payment providers and issuing banks may apply authentication, fraud screening, or verification checks.

Currency and pricing

Store prices and checkout totals are presented in United States dollars (USD) unless checkout clearly states otherwise. Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion fees or other charges that are outside Veliory's control.

Discounts and payment issues

Unless a promotion states otherwise, one discount code may be used per order. Discounts cannot be applied after an order is completed. For a declined, duplicated, or unexpected charge, contact your payment provider and email service@velunovia.com with the order number.
