What does Veliory sell?

Veliory offers desktop art ornaments and ambient decorative sculptures selected to add a distinctive focal point to workspaces and living areas.

What currency is used?

Prices are displayed and charged in United States dollars (USD) unless checkout expressly shows another currency.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders require 1?? business days for processing and approximately 7??0 business days in transit. Actual timing depends on destination, carrier service, customs, and seasonal volume.

How do I track an order?

If tracking is available, a tracking link is sent after dispatch. Allow several business days for the carrier's first scan to appear.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Email us immediately. We will try to help before fulfillment begins, but orders already processed or shipped usually cannot be changed or canceled.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Email the order number and clear photographs to service@velunovia.com. Keep the item and packaging while we review the request.

How do returns work?

Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days after delivery. Review our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations page and obtain authorization before sending an item.

Will I pay customs charges?

International shipments may incur taxes or duties imposed by the destination country unless checkout states that they are included.
