This policy explains how Veliory processes and delivers orders placed through Veliory.com.

Order processing

Most orders are prepared within 1?? business days after payment verification. Weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, stock checks, or fraud-review procedures may extend processing time.

Delivery estimates

Transit commonly takes 7??0 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier conditions. Delivery dates shown at checkout or in tracking are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, customs review, carrier disruption, and other events beyond our reasonable control may cause delays.

Shipping charges

Available services and charges are shown at checkout. Unless a promotion states otherwise, orders from USD 0.00 through USD 44.99 have a USD 5.99 Fast shipping option, while orders of USD 45.00 or more qualify for Free shipping.

Tracking and split shipments

When tracking is available, it will be sent after dispatch. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking can take several business days to show its first carrier scan.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information and monitor tracking. Additional carrier costs caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or repeated delivery failure may be deducted from an eligible refund where permitted by law.

Customs and delivery problems

International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties imposed by the destination country unless checkout states that they are included. Report a package that is damaged, missing, or marked delivered but not received to service@Velunovia.com as soon as possible so we can review the tracking and available remedy.
